Everyone has been doing an awesome job during the 2013 CrossFit Games Open! A lot of you really stepped up to help be apart of the CrossFit Hoboken team… and we still have more workouts to go! You cheered people on, you worked your ass off every Thursday/Sunday on the Open WODs, and we’ve really come together as a team. The comaraderie, the support and encouragement, and the FUN and competitive intensity in the air is what CrossFit is all about!
Let’s get the whole team together (that means ALL CrossFit Hoboken members!) to celebrate the end of the open and the beginning of the next step!

Start of a new tradition! To close the open, and kick off the BBQ we are going to have our top 2 scoring men and women in the gym go head-to-head! Come watch, cheer, scream at and motivate them as they take on the last open workout of 2013!
**There will be no 12:00 yoga on this day!
