The CrossFit games has begun the OPEN Registration. Click Here to register. All should try, it is a great way to see how you stack up against the thousands of other CrossFit athletes around the world.
Each Thursday during the Open our Gym Workout will be the CrossFit Open WOD. If you are unable to make it then we will have a time slot on saturday, probably noon, for you to make up the workout.
If you have never been to the Crossfit regionals, you cannot understand the amount of camaraderie and community that exists in CrossFit. It is events like this that have led to the explosive growth of this sport over the past 6 years. Last year we had a big group of folks come up to support Crossfit Hoboken at the regionals. This year we want to do even better. We’ve arranged for a large block of rooms to be reserved for our gym.

We have a block on these rooms so that we can get as many CrossFit Hoboken members and fans there as possible! The block expires on March 12th and then rooms will be released into general population and prices will go up!
