Did you spend your summer drinking too many beers and attending too many bbq’s? Similar to our last challenge, you will keep track of your Paleo approved foods, daily activity and sleep routine.
During this 42-day challenge, you are expected to be “strict” and not stray from the guidelines. Everything is published to the group, and only you will know if you are being honest.
